Pricing FAQ

Do people I invite need to pay?
No. Attending any trip is 100% free: even if the host is on Pro or Unlimited. Only the person organizing a big trip pays.
What happens if I downgrade with existing large trips?
Existing members keep their spots. You just can’t add new members beyond your new tier’s limit until you upgrade again.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Manage your subscription from Profile → Your plan → Manage. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
Is my payment info safe?
JourneyGrid uses Stripe for checkout and never sees your card details. Every payment is PCI-compliant.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Email hello@journey-grid.com within 14 days of a charge and we’ll refund it in full.
